How Calgoo made me a customer for life

I purchased Calgoo Calendar with the hopes that I could be able to use my Google Calendar regardless of having access to the internet. I immediately saw that using Google Calendar I would lose a feature I depended on for keeping me organized, "Snoozing". I loved the Calgoo Calendar and how it allowed me to snooze, however there was a little technical issue, that honestly went beyond my understanding, and I was unable to continue using the product. When I snoozed a date it defaulted to "1 minute" regardless of what options I chose.

SOLUTION

I emailed the Calgoo Team and told them of my issue. I was immediately referred to one of their quality assurance agents who began asking me all the right questions. After taking a great amount of time to hear and understand my issue, we proceeded to go through just about every troubleshooting function in the book, and probably have a few more to add to that book as well! It was discovered that there was a bug in Calgoo Calendar that affected me and most likely others. In most company's they just tell you that it is a bug and have you go on your merry way. However what really exceeded my expectations was that the software was updated within a weeks time. After downloading the update I found it fixed my issue. I have rarely seen customer service at this level and congratulate the Calgoo Team for making me a customer for life. Calgoo Calendar is a simple unobtrusive addon to my already very web based world, it works easy with Google calendar AND opens the doors so I can set reminders for all my daily appointments.
