Bill Dorfmann, Advisory Board Chair & Co-Founder
Bill has over 25 years of software development, management and entrepreneurial experience. He is currently Vice President of Engineering at Orbital Technologies . Bill has worked with companies such as Kodak Eastman (Rochester) and Canadian Airlines. He is experienced with a multitude of software and hardware platforms spanning desktops to enterprise systems. Bill has considerable expertise in leading teams of developers, configuration management and version control. He excels at leading by example and finding creative solutions to technology problems. Bill holds Computer Science and MBA degrees.

Jay Thorne, Advisor
With 25 years of experience in technology, Jay is currently Manager of Development at Layer 7 Technologies . He has managed, developed and maintained systems for companies ranging from Digital Equipment Corp (now a unit of HP), KE Software, Tridel, Comdata and Recombo. Jay worked on the forefront of the DotCom boom and has the scars to prove it. His expertise lies in database technologies and in the online interactive world where his focus on new technologies includes developing Intranets before they were even called that. He is now working on the forefront of Java and XML-based security.

Sydney Low, Advisor
Sydney specializes in assisting young technology companies realize their commercial value as an active angel-investor, adviser and executive. He has founded eight companies in the past 14 years: Instant Information, Technology Strategists, New Media Research, Mitchell Madison Group, FreeOnline, Sharinga Networks, aliencamel.com, and Infinite Compilations. These companies had operations in Australia, USA and Europe. In addition to these companies, Sydney has held senior executive roles in banking at Potter Warburg, in the legal profession as a practicing intellectual property lawyer at Weigall & Crowther (now Deacons), and in management consulting at McKinsey & Company. He has also been granted Australian patents 768416 and 755117.

Daryl Hatton, Advisor
With over 25 years experience in the software industry, Daryl brings substantial business and technology expertise to the company. He is currently President/CEO of Headwaters Ventures Inc., a private investment firm and Chief Technology Officer for Optio Software Inc., a publicly traded document process improvement products company. He co-founded Pacific Genesys Development Inc. an electronic documents automation company which was acquired by Optio in 1993. Prior to that, he founded or held senior management positions with a number of private and publicly traded technology companies.

Bruce McMillan, Advisor Entertainment Media
Bruce co-founded Electronic Arts Canada and worked with EA until 2005 as it grew to become the 6th largest software company in the world with 2006 revenues of $2.95 billion and 7,200 employees. Bruce was most recently Executive Vice President of EA's world-wide studios. Bruce's industry experience and knowledge is great as we apply our scheduling solutions to online game playing. Ron Moravek, Advisor
Ron is currently CEO of startup Sitemasher.com. Prior to this he was Vice President, Chief Operating Officer for Electronic Arts Canada. Ron came to EA after nine years with Vancouver-based Relic Entertainment (now THQ Canada), most recently as General Manager Relic Entertainment and Vice President of Product Development THQ. Under Ron's leadership, Relic published many strong titles and grew into a very well-respected development studio, resulting in their acquisition by THQ in 2004. Relic was responsible for producing THQ's first Xbox 360 title, The Outfit, which shipped in March 2006. Other titles that Moravek helped bring to market include Homeworld, Dawn of War, and, most recently, Company of Heroes.
