How to Connect Outlook and Google
1. Click on the New Connector button in the toolbar.
2. Select the Sync a Google calendar with an Outlook calendar option.
3. Enter a name for your new connector.
4. The list of available Outlook calendars will load automatically. Select the Outlook calendar you wish to connect to a Google calendar by clicking on the checkbox next to it. If you cannot see a list of Outlook calendars or an error occurs, click here for more help with Outlook.
5. Enter your Google account information or select from a previously used Google account.
6. A list of available read/write Google calendars will be downloaded automatically so that you can simply select the one you want to use. Select one of these calendars by clicking on the checkbox next to it. Alternately, you can choose to create a new Google calendar.
7. Confirm your new Connector. Make sure that you have chosen the two calendars you wanted to select. Once these calendars have synchronized, they will become identical.
8. Choose to synchronize your connectors now (recommended), or select "I'm done" to continue without synchronizing.
