Andrzej Kowalski, Chief Executive Officer, Chair & Co-Founder

Andrzej is responsible for overall corporate strategy. He is Chair of the Board of Directors, handles investor relations and works closely with the Technology Team. Andrzej has extensive software entrepreneurship experience in founding, managing and selling a successful enterprise-level records management software company. He holds strong knowledge of software development, delivery and enterprise architecture. He has outstanding results in sales and business development with some of the world's largest corporations and institutions. Andrzej is a former practicing lawyer and holds Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees.

Bill Diamond, Chief Operating Officer & Co-Founder

Bill is responsible for corporate finances, human resources and the day to day operations. Bill has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry and held banking leadership positions with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce for 7 years. He is currently Treasurer and member of the Investment Committee for the Canada Jaycee Foundation and a JCI Senator. Bill has extensive experience chairing and serving as a member of a number of boards, including Canadian Forces Liaison Council and the Canada Outstanding Young Farmer Program. In 2002 Bill was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Commemorative Medal from the Governor General of Canada for significant contribution to the community and Canada.

Michael Lui, VP Technology & Product Development

Michael is responsible for the technology direction of the company and product development. Michael has over eight years of experience in software development and has held a number of key project lead positions. He has extensive experience in Internet technologies and highly scalable web site development. He excels at bringing development teams together while ensuring timely delivery of appropriately architected solutions.
