Navigate the different calendar views

Click on the Day View, Week View, Month View, or Agenda View icons in your toolbar.
  • Month View
The month view allows you to see an overview of the selected month. It displays a small quantity of events each day, just to give you an idea of what the day is like. It does not go into much details of individual days or events. Click on the week number on the left to shortcut to a particular week.

  • Week View
The week view allows you to see the week in perspective. It offers a better representation of the start and end times of events. The week view is the best for finding availability to book a new event when comparing two calendars. Click on the day of the week at the top to shortcut to a particular day.

  • Day View
The day view is similiar to the week view, but focuses on one day only, to allow room for better visualization of those really busy days.

  • Agenda View
The agenda view gives you a listing format of your calendar. You can choose how much or how little you like to display at a time. The listed events here are also what the printouts of Calgoo is based on.
