Please review our How-To's. These provide step-by-step instructions for some common Calgoo user scenarios.
Share Calendar:
You can share any calendar to which you have read/write access that is not already shared to the Calgoo Hub.

Select the calendar you would like to share by clicking on it in the calendars pane. The selected calendar will be bolded.

Click on the Share Calendar button at the top of the calendars pane, or right click (Ctrl+click) and select the "share calendar" option.

Confirm the calendar you wish to share and click Next to begin.

Enter your Calgoo Account information or select a previously used account. You must have a Calgoo Account to share calendars to Calgoo Hub. If you need an account, click here.

Click Publish to publish your calendar to Calgoo Hub.

A new browser will popup and automatically bring you to Calgoo Hub and the calendar you have just published. Here you can set the permission for your calendar. To share your calendar with someone, enter their email address, set how much access you want them to have, and click the "add" button. They will receive an email letting them know you have shared a calendar with them and how to access it. For more help on Calgoo Hub, click here.
