Cleanup Connectors
The Cleanup Connector utility allows you to manually remove existing duplicate events on a calendar.
To cleanup your calendar follow these steps:
- Right-click (Ctrl+click) on the connector you want to cleanup and select the Cleanup Connector option.

The "Connector Cleanup" Wizard will launch; you can complete this utility by pressing the "Cleanup" button or by selecting other criteria such as Location and/or Attendees.
The summary and date/time, including the recurrence and exceptions, of the event must match. It is also recommended that you select the original calendar of the event, as this ensures that events originally from different sync sources, though they have the same information, are not accidentally deleted. You can further restrict how a duplicate event is determined by selecting location and attendees as matching requirements. Checking more criteria reduces the number of events that are removed.
- Click the Save button.
*Tip: You can automatically keep your connectors clean by enabling duplication removal.
