General tips on fixing Outlook synchronization problemsIf Calgoo cannot load your Outlook calendars or synchronize them and Outlook is not currently running, try running Outlook first before attempting to add a new Outlook calendar to Calgoo or synchronizing your Outlook calendars. Through user feedback and our Support Forum we have found that the most of the problems with Outlook synchronization relate to the user's Outlook database. Microsoft Outlook is designed to ignore and "work through" most of these problems and continue to function. While it may look like your Outlook is working fine, there could be problems lurking underneath. If you are having difficulties synchronizing with Outlook, you may want to read the following articles as they may contain information and suggest utilities to help fix your Outlook database. These links have assisted other users in fixing their problems with Outlook. We must caution you - if in doubt, do not try a fix as you may end up with more problems then you started with. If you are not sure about the potential fix we recommend you contact Microsoft directly for support to fix your Outlook problems.
